Desert Dreams Realized!
heartwarming touch king bed desert view
returning here was like stepping back into a dream! every single staff member remembered us, a heartwarming touch. my beautiful guest room had a king bed and a desert view, a sight i never tired of! the balcony became my favorite spot for morning coffee and evening stargazing.
one small hiccup , the gym only had two treadmills, it was a bit limiting during peak hours.
Service
10/10
The concierge swiftly arranged all our desert excursions, offering helpful insights and confirming every detail. Plus, the promptness of the buggy service throughout the vast resort was amazing, always ready to whisk us away to our next adventure. their attentiveness made all the difference!
Facilities
9/10
The main pool featured a gradual slope entry, perfect for a relaxed wade, while the swim-up bar served refreshing drinks. the spa provided a serene atmosphere with complimentary access to the sauna and steam room, a wonderful bonus! the options felt endless!
Rooms
9/10
My room included a spacious walk-in closet, simplifying unpacking. The bathroom boasted dual sinks and high-end toiletries, elevating the daily routine. And the turndown service left good treats each evening, .
